The Second international exhibition of hot beverage, equipment, and related industries is an opportunity to link the hot beverage, economy, culture, and health. Application form hints & tips
1- Try to fill out the requested information clear & correct. The applicant is responsible for the truth of the information entered in the form.
2- The entered information will be used in the exhibition catalogue in English and Persian.
3- Each booth title will be bilingually printed in English and Persian including complete, partial or abbreviated title of the company/participant trade name.
4- Booths will be organized & arranged based on the expo categories.
5- Exhibitors are allowed to present a single field of activity in each booth.
6- Exhibitors will be addressed by organizer secretariat for advertising opportunities mentioned in application form.
7- Completion of the application form does not mean the fulfilment of registration process and provides no obligation for the organizer.
8- Booths will be arranged respect to registration priority and other exhibition standards & policies and no objection by the exhibitors in this regard will be verified.
9- Filling out the application form means complete awareness & acceptance of general & specified rules of the exhibition.
Exhibition general rules and regulations
10- Islamic republic of Iran current rules are obligatory for all exhibitors.
11- Awareness of exhibition administrational rules & policies are obligatory.
12- Complete co-operation with organizers & their attendants are expected from exhibitors, their agents, contractors and employees.
13- Person in charge of application in application form is responsible for every communication and follow up with organizer.
14- To introduce & exhibit product and services are the only purpose of the exhibition and sales are totally prohibited.
15- Only related products and services as stated in application form are allowed to be presented in each booth.
16- Obtaining & attachment of identification badges are required by each exhibitors, agents and their employees.
17- Islamic Hijab should be respected.
18- No stickers are allowed on booth and venue surfaces.
19- Written approval of organizers are required for any outside booth advertisement.
20- Booths are assembled with standard provisions and no manipulation is authorized. Extra services may be provided by request and payment of charges.
21- Extra supplies and respective price list are available in exhibition’s website.

23- 9% VAT will be added to the above amounts.
24- 12 m2 standard booths are originally equipped with structure and panels,a table, two chairs, a power outlet and appropriate illumination. For each added 6 m2 of area an extra chair and for each 12m2 of area added an extra table, are available.
25- In case an exhibitor cancels an application for any reason within 72 hours, total amount of application fee will be returned.
26- Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning of booths during exhibition days.
27- Safe guarding of booth equipment and personal properties are among exhibitors responsibilities.
28- Exhibitors are not authorized to keep staff outside their booth.
29- Smoking and application of smoke generators are not allowed indoor.
30- Pressurized capsules, flammable and detonating materials as well as dangerous or hazardous chemicals are not allowed in all venue except with approval of organizer. Offenders will be liable for any arising damages, charges and also legal consequences.
31- Risky actions are forbidden in venue.
32- Implementation of mechanical or electrical equipment of all kind are authorized only with written approval of organizer.
33- Exhibitors are liable for any damage caused to exhibitor and venue properties.
34- Food delivery is performed by organizer’s approved contractors only. No other food delivery is authorized.
35- Trucks and cranes are not authorized to entering indoor.
36- Product transportation is not authorized during exhibition open hours.
37- Technical and logistic services will be available by exhibition contractors only.
38- Booth delivery to exhibitors will be accomplished 48 hours before exhibition opening and evacuation period should be performed within 24 hours after exhibition closing.
39- In case of exhibition postponed or canceled by the force majeure conditions such as war, riots, storm, earthquake, flood, fire, etc. or national high ranking officials decease or revisions of state current regulations, organizer have no responsibility against exhibitors. Maximum 50% of exhibitor’s payment is returnable however.
40- Exhibitors hereby declare their consent to all exhibition rules and regulations. Also declare their commitment to exhibitors’ judgment during any dispute.
41- Above mentioned rules and regulations are hereby declared to be completely clear and acceptable.
Non-attendance Exhibition
Participants who cannot attend booth during the exhibition, they can take part in the exhibition using the facilities and benefits of the "non-attendance exhibition".
- Equipping booth with the necessary facilities such as camera, computer, headphones and other accessories
- Possibility to view the booth online during the exhibition
- Presence of ordered staff Domination of ordered staff in English language and, if desired , the language of the applicant
- Co-ordination of the ordered staff at the booth with the company for the training of products and services
- Connecting with customers and providing required explanations and distributing brochures, catalogs, CDs and ... to visitors
- Full-time connection of ordered staff with the company at the time of the exhibition
- The possibility of direct connection of visitors to the company for direct negotiations
- Coordination and required action for the clearance and delivery of the shipped by the company
- Carrying recovery and returns of goods and display items
- Provide a daily report by the representative including the number of visitors, along with the profile and address, and submitted comments and requests

Customs Affairs
Dear Exhibitors, in order to present goods (samples, equipment, machinery, promotional gifts and catalogs), you need to import them via customs to the country, after completing the registration process at the exhibition and receiving the initial invoice to attend, you need to take the necessary steps by carefully studying this guide and knowing the different stages of the workflow.
A. Documents
At least two months before the opening date of the exhibition, invoice and packing list of goods must be sent to receive required permits.
When the goods arrive at the customs, the following documents are required:
1- Bill of Lading (necessarily the sender of the goods must be the participant at the exhibition and the receiver of the goods must be Monir Tajhiz Amin Company)
2- Invoice (necessarily in the letterhead of the participant in the exhibition by inserting the date, number, tariffs of the goods and stamped).)
3. Packing list (necessarily in the letterhead of the participant in the exhibition with the date and number and stamped).
4. Certificate of Origin (The sender of the goods must be necessarily the participant in the exhibition and the recipient of the goods must be Monir Tajhiz Amin Company with date, number and tariff of the goods and stamped)
B: Timing
To carry out appropriate administrative work, at least one month prior to the date of commencement of the exhibition, the goods must be reached to the customs office.
C: Entry of goods
1: Temporary entry
- After receipt of the required documents from the participant, an estimated amount will be charged as guarantee for the goods for temporary admission, and the exact amount will be announced in accordance with the customs declaration and the inferential statement of the customs. The amount of the guarantee includes customs charges of goods which after closing of the exhibition, imported goods is returned, then the amount will be refunded and deposited to the account specified by the participant).
2: Clearance
Catalogs and promotional gifts for the presentation at the exhibition must be cleared. Depending on the type, at least 5 to 30% of the total value of the goods and the freight is charged as customs import duty, by the executive customs.
3: Selling goods
In case temporary admission goods sold during the show, a definite clearance must be made, which will be returned to the customs after the completion of the exhibition, and the administrative procedures will be carried out according to the customs clearance, and then the duties will be definitively received. (After the definitive clearance of the goods, action is taken to refund the amount of the temporary entry guarantee, then the amount is deposited to the bank account provided by the participant).
4: Returning Exhibition Goods
After the completion of the exhibition, the temporary entry goods will be returned to the customs and sent back to the address of the participant. (After the return is made, the necessary steps are taken to refund the amount of the guarantee, and the funds deposited by the participant will be deposited into the bank account provided by him).
D: Costs:
1: Temporary entry
- At the time of delivery, an amount will be received as a guarantee by the Customs, which will be refunded upon returning of the goods by the Participant.
- The cost of storing up to a maximum of one month and for a maximum of 100 kg equivalent to 30€, up to 500 kg equivalent 45€; up to 1000 kilograms is equivalent to 65€ For any additional ton 50€ is added.
- The cost of the fee is 310€.
2: definitive clearance
- In accordance with the customs permit, the relevant customs fees and tariff charges are received.
- The cost of storing up to a maximum of one month and for a maximum of 100 kg equivalent to 30€, up to 500 kg equivalent 45€; up to 1000 kilograms is equivalent to 65€ For any additional ton 50€ is added.
- The cost of the fee is 340€.
3: The goods sold during the exhibition
- In accordance with the customs permit, customs valuation and inferential tariff, the amount of the levy is received.
- The cost of storing up to a maximum of one month and for a maximum of 100 kg equivalent to 30€, up to 500 kg equivalent 45€; up to 1000 kilograms is equivalent to 65€ For any additional ton 50€ is added.
- Repayment amount of the guarantee.
- The cost of the fee is 340€.
4: Returning
- The cost of storing up to a maximum of one month and for a maximum of 100 kg equivalent to 30€, up to 500 kg equivalent 45€; up to 1000 kilograms is equivalent to 65€ For any additional ton 50€ is added.
- Repayment amount of the guarantee
- The cost of the fee is 230€.
• Note: If the arrival of the goods in a country requires special permits, the corresponding costs will be separately calculated and added.
